Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk - a talented actress, writer, director and producer. Anna Silk was the daughter of a British father and an British-born Turkish Cypriot mother. Anna was a part of numerous commercials when she was a child. Anna relocated to Toronto in the fall of 1999 in order to continue her acting career. After that, she settled at Los Angeles (California) over the next decade. Seth Cooperman was introduced to Anna in Los Angeles at an acting workshop in 2007. The couple got engaged in 2009. Anna was a convert to the Jewish faith in 2011, after she converted to Judaism.
