Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, was raised in Wellington) is a Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin is a native of New Zealand, born in Wellington but was born and raised in Winnipeg was first seen in the acting world with The Piano. At age 11 she was the youngest Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress. Anna Paquin's full title is Anna Helene Paquin. Born on July 24, 1982, on the 24th of July 1982 in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, she was the first Canadian born New Zealand actress. As as a young girl, she was awarded her the Academy Award for best support actress.
